I haven’t been very active at all on this tumblr, I’ve been traveling a lot and sort of completely forgot about it. But I’m baaaack, and here is what I plan on eating today:
breakfast
-Boost protein shake, 240
lunch
-Turkey chili, ~325
snack
-Maple almond butter, 200
dinner
-Boost protein shake, 240
after dinner snack, if needed
-Vegetarian meatballs, 200
Intake: 1,205 kcal
exercise
-Alternating kettle bell swings and jump rope, 30 min
